ENT/Otolaryngology

ENT/Otolaryngology

Otolaryngologists focus on the treatment of head/neck and ear, nose and throat disorders, including voice, airway and swallowing ailments, nasal congestion and recurrent sinus infections, and benign and malignant head and neck tumors. Sometimes referred to as ENT doctors, otolaryngologists are specialized in medical therapy and surgery of the delicate and complex tissues of the head and neck. Advanced, high-resolution endoscopy is used to correctly diagnose patients. Treatment varies from a combination of individualized medical therapy, in-office procedures, to advanced, minimally invasive surgical techniques, such as cochlear implants, Trans-Oral Robotic Surgery (TORS), micro-flap laryngeal surgery, and image-guided advanced sinus surgery.
