Dr. Robert M. Pilchik, board-certified in cardiovascular disease and nuclear cardiology, is a non-invasive cardiologist who specializes in transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, stress echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and clinical cardiology. After earning his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, he completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai West, followed by a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Mount Sinai Morningside and Mount Sinai West.
Dr. Pilchik’s career includes serving as Chief of Cardiology at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco; Medical Director, Nuclear Cardiology at Northern Westchester Hospital (as well as at affiliated sites in Yorktown and Brewster); Director of White Plains Hospital’s Cath Lab Education; and as Medical Director, Echocardiography at Northern Westchester Cardiology Associates, Westchester Health Associates, and Westchester Health Medical.
He has received several “Top Doctor” accolades from Castle Connolly, New York Magazine, and Westchester Magazine, which also highlighted him as a “Top Cardiologist.” His work has appeared in such peer-reviewed publications as The Journal of the American College of Cardiology, The Journal of Respiratory Disease, and The Journal of Critical Illness.
