Dr. Eric Rudin is a board-certified endocrinologist with extensive experience in the full spectrum of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, obesity, thyroid disease and thyroid cancer, osteoporosis, calcium disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), pituitary disease, and adrenal disorders. He has particular expertise in thyroid sonography and ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy, as well as in the management of diabetes utilizing the latest technology, including continuous glucose monitoring and insulin pump therapy.
Dr. Rudin is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered endocrine care. Prior to joining White Plains Hospital, he practiced locally in Katonah for 20 years, building longstanding relationships with patients throughout the community. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Rudin has served in multiple senior leadership roles, most recently as Senior Medical Director at Optum Medical Care, where he oversaw more than 100 clinicians across multiple subspecialties.
Dr. Rudin has been repeatedly recognized as a “Top Doctor” by New York Magazine, Westchester Magazine, and Top Doctors: New York Metro Area. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals including Diabetes and Immunity and Ageing, and he frequently lectures on topics such as osteoporosis and advancements in the management of type 2 diabetes.
