The best doctor/patient experience I've ever had. Dr. Peacock is a great example of how all doctors should interact with their patients. He was personable, understanding, empathetic, and most importantly, explained the good/bad and options. He really allows the patient to have some ownership in the decision made to care for their health while guiding you at the same time.

Exceptional communicator who carefully took his time to explain the reasons for having the procedure, the benefits to me, how to prepare, what to expect during and after. He took his time, didn't rush, answered all of my questions and easily scheduled a date as opposed to having to wait for staff to call me,. Excellent first impression, so much so that I cancelled my appointment for a second opinion at Columbia.
