Gastroenterologists Dr. Jack Rosemarin, Dr. Alfred Roston Officially Join WPHPA Staff
White Plains, N.Y. (November 28, 2022) – Gastroenterologists Dr. Jack Rosemarin and Dr. Alfred Roston, both longtime affiliates of White Plains Hospital, have officially joined the Hospital’s White Plains Hospital Physician Associates’ Digestive Disease and Nutrition Consultants of Westchester, located at 2 Westchester Park Drive, Suite L1, in White Plains.
Dr. Rosemarin, who specializes in digestive diseases and nutrition, was certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Gastroenterology. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Gastroenterology Association, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the American Society of Gastroenterological Endoscopists.
After earning his medical degree from New York Medical College, Dr. Rosemarin completed his residency at that school’s University Hospital, and his fellowship in gastroenterology and nutrition at Yale University. He has been affiliated with the Hospital since 1983.
Board-certified in gastroenterology, Dr. Roston specializes in digestive diseases and nutrition. Dr. Roston was a former president of the medical staff and Chief of Gastroenterology. He has been a member of White Plains Hospital’s medical board, and chairman of its bylaws committee, since 2015. His work has been published by a number of peer-reviewed journals, including Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, The American Journal of Gastroenterology, and The International Journal of Pancreatology.
Receiving his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine, Dr. Roston completed his internship and residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital School of Medicine. He has also served as a clinical fellow and instructor in medicine at Cornell University, and as an advanced therapeutic endoscopy fellow at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
