About
Dr. Jeremy Leventhal provides diagnosis and treatment of conditions and diseases of the kidney, including acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, diabetic nephropathy, hypertension, proteinuria, glomerulonephritis, and kidney stone prevention.
Dr. Leventhal received his medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, went on to complete an internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Chicago Hospitals, and then completed a fellowship in nephrology back at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He stayed on as a faculty member for 11 years, working in education, research, and clinical medicine, before leaving to join White Plains Hospital Physician Associates.
Dr. Leventhal is board-certified in nephrology and internal medicine.
