Dov Kolker, MD, is a board certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the treatment of foot and ankle disorders and sports injuries. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City and has been the Director of Foot and Ankle Surgery at Maimonides Medical Center.
Dr. Kolker graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University – where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Society – and from Tufts University School of Medicine. He was also a Mathematics Scholar at Oxford University. He completed his surgical internship at Harvard Medical School (Beth Israel Hospital in Boston) and his orthopaedic residency and chief residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. During his residency, Dr. Kolker focused on sports medicine and was an assistant team physician for the Boston Red Sox and the Maccabiah World Olympics. Dr. Kolker is fellowship-trained in Trauma, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgery. He has trained internationally in Switzerland as well as at Harvard Medical School and at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
