Rachana Shukla, M.D. Joins White Plains Hospital Physician Associates

White Plains, N.Y. (September 1, 2016) – White Plains Hospital is pleased to welcome internal medicine physician Rachana R. Shukla, M.D. to its group of integrated physician practices. Dr. Shukla will be seeing patients at White Plains Hospital Physician Associates at 1296 North Avenue in New Rochelle, as well as White Plains Hospital Medical and Wellness at 99 Business Park Drive in Armonk, NY.

Dr. Shukla will be providing a complete range of routine, preventive and primary care services for adults. She is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati, and proficient in Spanish.

She received her undergraduate degree from SUNY Albany and her Medical Degree from Mumbai University in India. She then completed her residency in Internal Medicine at New York Medical College/Sound Shore Medical Center of Westchester, now Montefiore New Rochelle.

Dr. Shukla is Board eligible in Internal Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association.
