Dr. Joshua Raff believes the best cancer care comes from a dedicated multi-disciplinary team of physicians and specialists working together to create a personalized care plan for each patient. Dr. Raff received his medical degree from The Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University in Israel, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Montefiore Medical Center. After residency, he completed his Fellowship in Oncology and Hematology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He currently serves as Chief of the Oncology & Hematology section, as well as Leader of the Gastrointestinal Cancer Program at White Plains Hospital, which he helped to launch at the Hospital. He is the Chair Emeritus of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. Dr. Raff’s interests include cancers of the digestive system, lung and prostate cancer, as well as benign hematologic disorders including anemia, platelet disorders and coagulation defects.
